By accessing or using SigHunt.nl (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
SigHunt provides financial intelligence services including but not limited to:
- SEC insider trading data aggregation and analysis
- Cryptocurrency whale movement tracking
- Congress trading activity monitoring
- AI-powered signal scoring
- Alert notifications via various channels
- Paper and live trading capabilities
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
4. Subscription and Payments
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually). Billing cycles are set on a regular basis.
A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide accurate and complete billing information.
5. No Financial Advice
IMPORTANT: SigHunt is NOT a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. The information provided through our Service is for informational purposes only and should NOT be construed as financial, investment, or trading advice.
You acknowledge that any investment decisions you make are your own responsibility. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Always do your own research and consult with a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SigHunt and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
- To violate any regulations, rules, or laws
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights
- To harass, abuse, insult, harm, or discriminate
- To submit false or misleading information
- To upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
- To collect personal information of others without consent
- To spam, phish, or engage in automated data collection
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SigHunt, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- Any content obtained from the Service
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
- Any trading losses or investment decisions made based on our data
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
